In June 2013, focusing on driving community policing and crime prevention initiatives, our organization facilitated a crucial consultative session with the district law enforcement administration. Upon the invitation and coordination of our community head, Muhammad Umar Shakir, the District Police Officer (DPO) of Layyah, Ghazi Salahuddin, visited the reporting room at Press Club Chowk Azam. During this professional liaison, DPO Layyah engaged with General Secretary Muhammad Umar Shakir and local media representatives to discuss strategic layouts for regional public safety, addressing civic grievances, and strengthening public-police partnerships. This milestone underscores our organization’s proactive role in building secure institutional collaborations for regional peace.
